No email confirmation on guest checkout

I placed an order under guest checkout on 11/24 by apple pay as I hadn’t yet created a Sephora account. I have not yet received a confirmation email and there are no existing orders under the recent orders section of my account. However, I have been charged on my bank account. Because of this, I don’t have an order number or a way of finding out when my order will be shipped, or if it’s even gone through at all. Please advise, thank you!

I ordered a E gift card today 02/26 and as I was checking out, an error message popped up and said I wasn’t charged, but my credit card statement is showing that I was charged for the E gift card today.
