No confirmation email and nothing in recent orders

I was charged successfully for an order but I did not receive a confirmation email and nothing is showing up in my recent orders.

Hi @KayJan, I'm sorry for the confusion! I have confirmed that your order was successfully placed and is still processing to be shipped. If you are not seeing your order, please try logging out and logging back in, otherwise you should be able to see it reflecting in your account once it has shipped.  I am showing that your order is scheduled to reach you by 5/27/2020. I hope this helps!
