No VIB e-mails or access :(

I have VIB status but haven't received any e-mails from Sephora about it. I tried accessing the VIB Board too but it says I don't have sufficient privilege, even though it says VIB next to my Account at the top of the page. Right now it doesn't seem like the VIB status is any different from the Beauty Insider one... What's wrong??
