No Samples w/ Online Order?

I made a purchase online about a week ago and selected the 3 free samples I wanted included in my purchase. I just received my package and open it to find only the products I purchased inside and not the samples I chose. It's upsetting because I really wanted to buy the full size of the samples but I wanted to try them out first. this is not the first time my online order has been altered with samples.. why pick them if I'm not going to receive the ones I picked or not get them at all.
