No Samples from Online order

Just received my order and there were no free samples… haven’t had time to call a rep but I’m very disappointed. I have always gotten my orders right from Sephora and the purpose of ordering online was to get the samples with my purchase. Sephora is such a big company but it seems like quite a lot of people also experience this? Makes me hesitant to order online because other than the samples there is no reason to order online.

The exact same thing just happened to me! The samples appear in my online order sheet but no samples were included with my order which is very disappointing. There was also no packing slip in my box which I found kind of odd, don’t know if this is normal.
