No Samples at all!!!

In my last order didn’t received none of my samples to be honest i was looking forward to try those samples. I'm a VIB Rouge member, and the reason I continue shopping at Sephora instead other stores is because of their free samples and rewards. This is so upsetting and totally wrong. I hope someone could let me know if they can send me these... #nosamples #customerservice #missingsamples @sephora
