No Samples again - Round 8 (also, wrong bonus item sent)

I hate that I need to be diligent about this but for the sake of everyone else experiencing this - If you use your points for deluxe samples, there's a chance you won't get any free samples. Not cool. Additionally, the deluxe sample I used by points isn't the right product. 



Please fix this. I understand that Sephora often struggles with honoring the free samples, but now the special promos are falling victim to this unreliability by sending wrong/unusable items. Where is the incentive if they don't exist or are just wrong?
