No Confirmation Number, But Charged

I placed an order in store on Sunday, July 21st. It is now Wednesday, July 24th, and I received no confirmation email and it doesn't even show the purchase in my history. I would be fine with this, but it has already charged my account. I really have no idea what to do...

I also just placed a order and I see that the payment is pending on my bank account but did not get a confirmation number. Even when i log into my account it does not show that I purchased anything
