New pics won't load

So i'm trying to set a new profile picture and background image through the app and it keeps loading. If i do it strait from the website it claims to be saved but when i reload it stays the same as if i didn't make any changes

I’ve been having the same issue for weeks,,, I talked to customer support and they couldn’t figure it out either.

Please send me a private message with your registered email address and a screenshot of the error you are receiving. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.

1. Just changed the setting so it should work. And thank you for looking into it. It just doesn't make sense why the pictures won't change. In fact if i change my bio it won't change either... like i did nothing
