Never recieved my sephora credit card

I went to florida on january 15th, applied for the sephora credit card, I was told I would receive it within 10 buisness days. It is now february 20 and I still havent received anything, no mail or email. I have called every number available nobody answers, this is ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I have also seen this has happened to many others. Anyone who can tell me what I have to do to be able to contact with anybody? I need an explanation. Sephora do better.
