Never received package, deliver-it parcel sketchy.

Sephora uses deliver-it which clearly has a lot of bad reviews here in socal. I ordered a large order and they split it into four deliveries . I received my first box with ontrac and photo delivered to the door. My last three boxes were sent together by deliver it and also received a photo confirmation. I’ve been home all day and not once did my doorbell ring or knock. I have a dog and he didn’t bark either. I would think for such a large order I would need a signature requirement. I open my email later to say that it’s been delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. I’ve contacted Sephora and they’ve denied my reshipment/refund. I needed things to go to a bach getaway. I was just going to stop by the small real quick to pick up the things I truly needed. But once they said they wouldn’t help me out and to contact the carrier. At first they kept sending me the first package that I received with ontrac and I explained to them that one isn’t my concern. So then they finally said it’s not their problem and to contact deliver it. Went on deliver its website and they don’t have a claim form for consumers (only for the shipper). The contact phone brings you into a loop. Why would Sephora use such a sketchy logistics company? So that they can easily scam and not take responsibility for lost packages? Who’s to say the carrier didn’t takes photo and then take off with my package? Don’t buy from sephora and probably make my way to ulta or brands direct website.

@ccmac143  Deliver it is the worst delivery service and sketchy for sure, I did not even receive the replacement package that was sent when they marked it as delivered. Never had issues with any other packages. Sephora is doing nothing about it and refuse to send me a replacement now. Worst customer service. Never placing an online order again, probably better to use the product website.
