Negative points when close to rogue

Hi there,

I am very confused. I only needed to spend 19$ more tj become a rouge beauty member. I spent around 50$ and now I am seeing I am still VIB but with negative points. Why did this happen? I have spent the correct amount of $ to become a Rouge member and have not returned anything at all!
