Negative points in my account

Hi!

I recently joined to the sephora beauty insider reward program, with  my first purchase i  arned 277 points and the girl at the register gave me 2 gifts for the purchase. After i logged in  my insider account i realized that i had -723 points, but she never told me that the gifts she gave me were going to be deducted from my balance and will also give me negative points.

What can i do?

I just found out I have - points and my last visit at Sephora was yesterday & I had 250 something now I'm -244 and. I never redeemed anything.

Hi there @ESAMAKEUP. So sorry about this. Whenever your redeem rewards, they are automatically deducted from your account, hence the current negative balance. As you continue to shop, you will redeem points that will bring up your Beauty Bank. We're so sorry for any inconvenience. I was just in Sephora yestday because my location notices I was at the mall and told me " hey go use your points redeem samples " so I go in and return something ( I've returned things plenty times before and never saw negative points EVER??! So, now i go on my seohora account to see I'm negative 244 or something points when u didn't buy anything and I didn't get any samples either! So before I walked into store I had my pointes. Now I suddenly do not?  Now I just looked at it again it says  -44 ?! What's happening.

The same thing happened to me too, but when I buy something my point balance isn’t going up, it’s going down. I would appreciate if someone could help me.
