Need to order online due to fragrance allergy but gift card is defective

My husband gave me $200 gift card to use online for our anniversary. I’m severely allergic to fragrance and can’t go inside your stores. I order online for that reason and because products/packaging shipped online typically don’t smell like perfume. I buy only fragrance free cosmetics. Even packaging from inside stores contaminates my products. Sadly, the gift card he gave me purchased from Sephora inside Kohl’s had a defective security strip and it tore off my PIN. I really need to purchase online. I still have original receipt from gift card. Can you please help me use my gift card online? This is a serious medical condition. Thank you.

Can you please give me specific instructions on how to turn on message notifications? My App shows that I have everything allowed. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out how to do this so I can talk with you about my problem. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you! Sondra

@Caribdreamer, please try using the web browser or mobile browser, rather than the app. From the Community home page, please navigate to the settings icon where you can adjust your preferences.
