Need Assistance with Order Cancellations

I'm currently facing a significant issue with my orders on sephora.com, and I'm reaching out to the community in the hope that someone might have some insights or solutions.

All of my orders are being canceled by Sephora, citing the reason "Unsuccessful Authorization."

I've attempted the transactions with two different credit cards, and I've also contacted both credit card issuers to rule out any issues on their end. However, the problem does not seem to be related to the banks.

As I am currently abroad, I am unable to call the support hotline for assistance. Furthermore, the customer chat has been consistently unreachable for over a week, regardless of the time of day.

I am in desperate need of support from Sephora's customer service team to resolve this matter promptly.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any advice on how to proceed, your insights would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if any Sephora representatives are present in this community, please consider this a plea for urgent assistance.
