Natasha Denona Broken 5 Pan Palette

I just opened my new Natasha Denona 5 palette box to see the leftmost shade completely shattered. I was really disappointed to see this and wanted to try out this beautiful palette but I'm not sure how to handle this as I don't want to have to go through the return process. I haven't opened it so it doesn't spill but the whole pan is completely shattered in the palette. 0-1.jpg0.jpgI
