NO samples since Holidays

I received two orders yesterday, one for myself and the other was sent to my brother. To my continued disappointment with Sephora, both our orders had no samples yet again. To add to not receiving samples for the hundredth time since the holiday season, my deluxe sample was not included either. I call customer service to only hear the tired "We are sorry you did not receive your samples, but we cannot reship them. I can add points to your account for the inconvenience". It's gotten to a point that receiving the additional points "for inconvenience" is not cutting it. I spend way too much money to be worrying about not receiving samples with my orders. It is beyond ridiculous that such a big company can't sort our such a simple issue that has been pointed out numerous time across the board from all their customers. Sephora may be looking at losing yet another loyal customer due to their lack of simple customer service.
