NEED HELP - PROFILE FOR SEPHORA PLAY

Hello - I have alopecia and am unable to note this for my Sephora PLAY boxes. I don't want to end up with tons on shampoo! Is there any way I can change this?

Also, just to add - if you ever do receive a hair product you aren't able to use, please send me a private message here on beauty talk and I can see if I can send you a substitute. 🙂
