My package was delivered to the wrong address

I placed an order last week and it said it would arrive on August 13th. When checking the tracking history it said it could not be delivered to my p.o. box office, and they sent it to another location for "customer to pick up". I don't even live on the States, that's why I have a package locker with a SPECIFIC address for packages to arrive. Now i don't even know what to do about my order, there's no one to pick it up wherever it is, and I don't want to lose my money.
