My package is lost and Sephora won't do anything

I ordered on April 29, my package shipped on May 18, it's bounced back and forth from Mississippi to Memphis and was last scanned on May 23. I contacted USPS and they said the address could be unreadable so the package is stuck in Memphis. I contacted customer service at Sephora by chat and email, with no action, not even a reply to my email. I am done with Sephora. This order was a birthday gift to myself, but next time I'll use Ulta. My package from Ulta arrived in a week.
