My package is awaiting carrier pickup

I places an order on Jan 28 and the estimated delivery was for Jan 31. Each time I check the shipping details it shows my package is awaiting carrier pickup and it's stuck on this message. I am travelling soon and need my order for the trip. I've never had this experience and wondering what's going on!
