My order still hasn't shipped yet

I placed an order on Thursday 8/17 and it hasn't been shipped out yet. I contacted Sephora yesterday morning and they said that my order is ready and it will be shipped very soon. It's been 24 hours and since they said that and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm starting to lose my patience, can't believe it's gonna be a week (or more) till I get it. This is getting frustrating.

same, it's pending but they said that will be shipped soon. This is upsetting.

I also haven't gotten a tracking number or anything that says it has been shipped.. Sephora needs to step their game up a bit. I'm not happy.

Same with me and I have the 2 day flash. It takes 5 days to come. What's the point on the flash shipping if I still get my products on normal shipping time? Confusing...
