My order keeps getting cancelled

I’ve been trying to redeem my points for my $10 off and birthday gift online and my order keeps cancelling due to unsuccessful authorization?? Then it tells me that I only have 3 days to redeem my birthday gift but continues to cancel my order. I’ve changed my password, what do i do?
