My order has been stuck for over a week and has incorrect tracking and despite several emails and calls Sephora refuses to respond

I’ve emailed so many times and gotten one auto reply that I would get a reply in 48 hours and I never did. 

The only reply I got was automated and incorrect so I replied to it like it said and again nothing.

i called and I am international so I had the good music eat all my credit and as soon as the person answered they disconnect from me which is odd and I don’t know why or if they accidentally did it or what but I am so fustrted and will never shop on the website again. 

I ordered from beAutylish 4 days after I ordered here and got my beAutylish order yesterday. 

(My auto correct does the a like that sorry) 

my order has been stuck on preparing to ship for over a week, it’s just one bottle of foundation.

it also has incorrect tracking for DHL who confirms and told me Sephora needs to give me the correct info yet they just won’t reply. I’m so frustrated and will be contacting my bank about a chargeback since they recommended that because there’s no contact with Sephora who took the Money but can’t make contact. Does anyone know the best way to get ahold of them? I don’t use Twitter or Facebook, But can make an account if that’s what’s best. This has probably been the most stressful shopping experience ever. I’m in the UK and order from back home all the time and have never had this much trouble.
