My order came opened and without a saftey seal

Hello, I just received my order and one of the products came damaged and opened. I was hoping it was just the box because i know sometimes things can happen in shipping but I checked the product itself and saw that safety seal was removed. I have purchased this product before and it had a seal but this one did not. I also didn't receive any of the samples I chose along with my order. The other 2 items I ordered came in perfect condition so that's the reason I'm worried. Is there anything I can do to make sure the product was in fact not tampered with? I just want to know if it's safe to use.
