My online order is NOT confirmed, still loading

hi somebody,

I ordered items online and the total price was charged to my debit card, as checking my bank account app.

However, the order confirmation page is still loading!!! Plus, as logging into my Sephora account, the recent order page is empty!

Could you check the status? I do NOT want to pay for nothing.
