My loves list has disappeared..

Someone please help me out.. my loves list has completely disappeared and I am stressing. I cannot add anything new to the list it’s says “this shopping list does not exist” and anything that was loved from before still has the red hard but I can’t unlike it, that also gives me an error message. SOS!!! I buy things from Sephora almost every month if not more. How do I fix this?!?

Hello. The private email that was sent to me I cannot respond to because the domain doesn’t exist. 

This is the automatic email that was sent back to me. “Your message wasn't delivered to mail@beautycommunity.sephora.combecause the domain beautycommunity.sephora.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.”

Hi. This did not help. I deleted the app and redownload it. Tried from from computer. Didn’t work. Cleared my cache and cookies and tried it again on my computer and nothing. There a so many posts about this issue even dating back to 2017 and no post has ever talked about a resolution even 4 years later. I called the Sephora hotline and they were zero help. I even asked if Sephora had an IT department that I could ask my questions to and they said no. Yeah, right. No way a company this large doesn’t have an IT department. Was the all produced from thin air? Ridiculous.
