My first Anastasia palette sent with no bubble wrap

I was really looking forward to getting this and I already tried emailing custom service and didn’t hear back, sorry to get on here but I’m frustrated. I wanted this so bad.  I went through so many palettes trying to find the right one and this one is crushed.  I know it’s not important in the big picture of things but I’m seeing my boyfriend for the first time in months because of covid, I was hoping to have this.  I don’t understand why no one is getting back to my emails and I can’t go into the store because I’m immuno-comprimised

THEY STOPPED USING BUBBLE WRAP, WHICH IS INSANE!!! I ORDERED THREEEEE MELT PALETTES, THEY ALL CAME SHATTERED, AND THEN THEY GET MAD AT YOU WHEN YOU CALL AND COMPLAIN OR NEED TO RETURN IT.  #IDIOTS
