My beauty insider bank is not updated with my purchase that I just did online

I made a purchase online a few hours ago, and I just realized the points have not being updated to my bank yet. Does it take some time to update or is it automatic? Just want to make sure nothing went wrong. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue and was wondering the same thing.

 

Just a thought, but it would be great if we could somehow see a history with a running total of our Beauty Insider point additions and subtractions.  It's hard to keep track sometimes, especially since it's not indicated on receipts.

I've been having the same issue. I think there's a problem with the new site. It showed my correct points for like 5 minutes and then they were gone. Sephora really needs to look into that.

I checked the purchase history on the account and the last purchase was a few months back, so I am sure the purchase today have not been updated. I agree it should be indicated on receipts as I do not check my points after every purchase, it was by coincidence that I noticed it this time,
