My account was locked and I can't place an order online!!!!

Every time I order from Sephora.com, it always cancel me. I was wondering why so I called customer support and they just said please shop in store instead  seriously! I've been VIB Rouge for 2 years and shopping online more convenient for me as some items not always available in-store. 

Please help me this is really frustrating for me!
