My account got locked and I don't know how to fix it.....HELP!!!

As I was trying going onto the app, it logged me out so I logged back in. It didn't allow me to log in because it told me my account was locked. I have no idea how to get it unlocked and I had a good amount of points so I would rather not make a new account. I would like to know why my account was locked and when it will be unlocked. This is making me mad:(
