My VIB points have vanished

Hi, My VIB points have disappeared. I am unable to login via the app. On the browser if I login I am not able to see any points and its saying become a member. 

 

Is this a temporary issue?

Please help.

There was a brief period of time where Beauty Insider information was unavailable. This should be back to normal now. I see that your points are untouched! Sorry about that!
