My Rouge 20% Off to Share with a Friend is not working

I shared my referral link with a friend so she could receive 20% off but the link did not work for her at all. Please provide a code that I can share with her!

Same but I was the friend. I saw the code when I opened the link the other day but now it says the coupon has reached its redemption limit and doesn’t show the code. but I haven’t used it and my friend hasn’t sent to anyone else.
