My Recent Order Didn't Include Free Samples (Again)

Recently made an order and it did not include the free samples I had picked. This has not happened in awhile, but I am very disappointed that I did not get the samples I wanted to try.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the samples that you originally selected. Our website does call out that substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples and I am sorry that the sample that you chose is no longer available. If you did not receive any samples within your order, please send me a PM with your order number and I will look into this further for you.
