My Order is cancelled without refund

Hi,

 

I am Di Wu. Yesterday I bought some cosmetic in Sephora. Sephora told me that this order is cancelled because of Unsuccessful Authorization, so I place another order.

 

 

But I find that the first order has been successfully paid, because the amount in my bank account is lower. Would you please help me to check if the is successfully paid? If it has been successfully paid, please cancel my second order.

Hi VivianWu, it sounds like you are seeing a pending authorization which should drop off your account within 5-7 business day.  I will be happy to take a look and send you a message with more info.
