Must be logged into beauty insider account to redeem this offer - BOXING DAY

Hi, I am trying to purchase items that are eligible for the Sephora Canada Boxing day sale but when I apply the promo code it shows "Must be logged into Beauty Insider account and add sale products to qualify. Dyson, Pureology, and Mizani items are excluded from this promotion. Sephora employees are not eligible for this promotion."

the item is not one of the excluded items and I am not a sephora employee. I am also logged into the Beauty Insider account.

Not sure why I am getting this error message.
