Monthly Gifts?

One of the benefits of being a vib is supposed to be receiving monthly gifts yet I’ve never received this benefit. Please provide information on how this works and how I can start receiving my monthly gifts.

Your monthly gifts are exclusive promotions and offers with purchase that we provide to our VIB and Rouge clients only. You are usually notified about these offers by email. If you would like for me to check your email subscription, please send me a PM and I will look into this further for you. I hope that this clarifies.

Frankly I’m very disappointed at the level of customer service I’ve had trying to get an answer to my question! Sephora seems to only offer assistance when I want to make a purchase not resolving issues. Calling and getting one of their rude customer service reps isn’t helpful either, only frustrating!

@ zakiyaBT, no emails regarding these offers and I’ve checked my spam/junk emails. I get lots of emails from Sephora but none tied to these benefits or my bday gift either!

Have you checked spam or other folders? I have gmail and it automatically puts it into the Promotions tab and I have to check it every once in a while. And they don’t send those promos that often, a couple times a month probably

I have checked spam and nothing! The only thing I get from Sephora is constant notifications to buy more stuff lol
