Modified Order

Last Friday, I ordered the ABH Soft Glam palette, and I got an email the next morning saying that my order had been "modified" since the palette was out of stock. When I checked that morning, the palette was IN STOCK. I waited two days and ordered another palette along with Soft Glam, Huda Warm Brown Obsessions. Just today, I got an email saying my order had been modified again (both palettes removed), and that my samples had shipped. What's the point of only getting shipped samples? The sale for the Huda Palette is now over, so if I order again, I'd have to pay full price. This is extremely upsetting, as the Soft Glam palette was meant to be a gift for a friend, and now I will be unable to receive the palette in time for her birthday. Is there any way my order could be shipped out again with the ordered items?

 

UPDATE: Customer service added 100 points to my account, but how does that help me? Still no palette...
