Missing samples

Hello,

Has anyone had missing samples from their orders? 

This has been happening more and more frequently to me. I always thought this was a lovely perk with my Rouge membership,  but now it’s just a common occurrence.  So I’m finally asking about it.  This last order during the sale I didn’t receive any of my fragrance samples at all.
