Missing samples

I just received my order today and either of my samples was included in the package. The samples didn’t even listed on the packing slip even though it showed on my email that all of them had arrived in the same package. I was looking forward to try the samples and that was the reason I ordered online too. I know the samples r free but it does make me feel a little bit frustrated

@VyPrine The 2 samples you get to choose are never listed on the packing slip.  Only the promo code one and what you ordered.  Also, keep in my mind that when you checkout online that it says substitutions may occur.  If you didn't receive any samples call customer service asap.

Samples don't show up on the slip ever and please keep in mind that samples can be substituted.
