Missing samples

Has anyone else had the experience of their last five orders come without samples? And to make it worse, Sephora rewards only 25 pt per missing sample so I can't get any samples afterwards either.

The same thing happened to me.No samples in the last few orders. Nothing ,not even a substitute.
