Missing samples

I am wondering who I should contact regarding the missing samples on my order received today. I didn’t receive any of the samples I selected.

Same here. I order probably every other day and I end up getting samples different from what i chose or nothing at all. It gets frustrating when you pick one because you'd like to try something before buying full size.

I am having the same issue. Received 6 orders today and none of them had reward bazaar or samples I asked for. While three didn’t have any at all, three had one sample each and none were what I asked for. Did anyone’s issue with this get resolved?
