Missing samples with $100+ order???

This is not the first time my Sephora order did not come with the samples I chose. I was really looking forward to trying the samples as it’s the reason I shop with Sephora. This is unbelievably disappointing. Don’t give the option to choose samples if you’re not going to include in the order! Completely unprofessional, and I didn’t even get a receipt or packing slip.
