Missing samples - not the first time

I order frequently online when nearby stores do not have stock and after multiple times of not getting all the samples, or getting poor replacements, I am finally speaking up.

 

Today on another order, I had selected two regular samples + a free deluxe sample (I spent over a certain amount). I got one regular and one deluxe. This was the closest I've had to getting all the samples I requested but was obviously still missing one, no replacement.

 

Many times the replacement ends up in the garbage because it's not something I would ever select myself, or I don't even get a replacement.

 

Why does this keep happening?

I'm sorry about this and thank you for sharing this feedback with us! Samples can be substituted depending on availability at the time of fulfillment, but they should not be missing. I'll send you a message shortly.
