Missing samples, missing promos, and 5+ business day shipping for FLASH subscription. DISAPPOINTING!! Please help!?

I've been buying all my beauty products from Sephora for years but the order accuracy and quality of service has gone down so far in the last few online orders. For the last 3 orders I have made, samples have been missing completely OR I will only receive one MENS FRAGRANCE SAMPLE that smells like a musty horse. This past order, my promo was canceled ( what's the point of ordering online if you can't redeem promos?!), and the order before that my flash shipping took approximately 5 business days. My account lists that I received many samples and promos but they have not been coming in my package, despite being listed on my VIB account and on the shipping label. Shipping quality of service has gone so far down hill. I have received several products like Boscia oil cleanser which have BROKEN during shipping, and I have had to go physically to the store to replace it or eat the $$$ lost. Is there anything I can do to rectify this? I'm so disappointed, I'll be canceling my flash subscription and stop shopping online if this continues.
