Missing samples from last order and now missing PayPal check out option!

I placed an order on Feb and I didn't receive any of the samples I selected. Now Im trying to place another order and the PayPal Option is disabled from my account. I always use PayPal!

I am sorry to hear that you were missing samples in your order! I am going to send you a message shortly. I also see that the PayPal option is available and I suggest trying a new type of browser. Thank you for your patience throughout this process.
