Missing sample

Hello everybody; the other day I received my sephora order and with 35 dollars of purchase I took the hair sample bag kit and one de sample was missing I did not receive the detox dry shampoo as it said in the picture! I wanted to know if it happened to someone else or just I did not receive that !?
