Missing points from my BI account?

Hi there, I was wondering if someone can help me out. I have made several in store purchases in the past few months and have noticed they are not updated with my online account and I have lost quite a bit of my BI points. I still have my receipts on hand, Is there anyone who can help me out with that? Thanks in Advance
