Missing package but reported delivered by Lasership

Because customer service by phone is not available at this hour, I want to report a missing package that was marked as delivered by Lasership. I live in an apartment building in New York and packages can get stolen if they're left out side of the lobby, which is apparently what they did. Please tell me what I can do about this problem and get my money back, or a new shipment?
