Missing order

I called Sephora after a package I ordered went missing. They immediately refused to refund me or reship any of the items. FOR NO APPARENT REASON. Itโ€™s my first time shopping there and this is my experience. They told me to either do a chargeback or file a claim with Canada Post. Canada Post did conclude that the package was lost, but theyโ€™re still not giving me a refund. I provided Sephora with the claim number and still nothing. Such shady people! Never ever shopping from here. I will be doing a chargeback. Just know that.
